The Revived Method is a three step training system designed to strengthen your body from the inside out through a combination of compound movements, joint specific exercises and function based isolation exercises for every single muscle in your body (not just the ones you can see).
It is designed to help you achieve your lifting goals, while simultaneously adding movements that are backed by science that explore joint motions in every direction to prioritize building a strong foundation for longevity in training and life so you can feel unstoppable around the clock.
As it sits we’re offering the REVIVED METHODS in three programs: PL, BB and PERFORMANCE. And are actively developing more programs.
👉 STEP 1: Restore range:
• We start by restoring full pain-free range of motion of all joints: ankles, knee, hip, spine and shoulder.
• Setting a foundation for strength at your joints end ranges to safeguard you against injuries.
👉 STEP 2: Strengthen all positions:
• Building upon the new flexibility and mobility, the goal of this step is to strengthen each muscle individually, based on its function and action through specific and dedicated isolation exercises that target each muscle individually in all of its ranges.
👉 STEP 3: Apply:
After restoring range of motion and strengthening every angle and direction, we’ll introduce exercise to get you more coordinated, more agile, faster and more athletic all on a solid foundation.

Eventually all the areas of weakness you neglected over the years are going to surface. And it will become evident that though you’ve been able to get stronger and more fit, you’ve also accumulated some injuries and your joints don’t feel like they once used to.
We looked at the most commonly neglected aspects of most athlete’s training and here’s what we found.
Likely, If you’re a strength athlete, your priority is to get stronger in the squat, bench and deadlift. Compound movements are great, they develop general strength, but only through a partial range of motion. They fail to load, condition and build strength at end range where tendons and ligaments are most stimulated meaning your muscles are getting a great workout, but your supporting structures aren’t. And at some point that discrepancy will show in the form of a movement deviation, injury or nearly impossible plateau to overcome without taking a step back.
If you’re a lifter or bodybuilder, you pick exercises based on what muscle you want to grow, but you neglect muscles that you cannot see; the ones that give your body the foundational structure to actually be able to lift heavy and avoid injuries and plateaus. Every single muscle in your body needs to be trained and developed through its entire range of motion in order to truly enhance its function. That’s what “functional training” should really be about. Not about exercises that are popular on instagram.
The REVIVED METHOD focuses on restoring and enhancing joint motion, strengthening and conditioning both small and large muscles through their entire range and building a baseline level of strength to get your body ready for any PR, any show, race, competition and adventure.
